Tibetan Medicines For Immune Systems

By Nancy Gardner

As its name implies, Tibetan comes from the word Tibet which is the place this native form of medication was invented in the early seventh century. It was during the time the Tibetan empire was being formed and its emperors outsourced the best physicians from different locations with the aim of coming up with Tibetan medicines for immune systems that would heal the diseases that people were struggling with. Some of these locations are such as Rome, China, Persia, and India.

The fact that they were all from different walks of life made their efforts fruitful as every bit of knowledge shared was vital in making the invention. Since then, these techniques have spread all across the globe and people are greatly appreciating their effectiveness in treating some of the diseases that modern medication has failed to.

According to this form of treatment, diseases are categorized into three groups namely; thoroughly established ailments such as birth defects and genetic disorders, imaginary diseases such as psychosomatic and lastly illnesses that arises from the conditions one is exposed to like the germs, pollutions and environmental factors in general with ailments like asthma.

One of the factors that has made this form of treatment effective and contributed to its significant growth of popularity all over the world in the past centuries is because of the fact that it aims at treating the root cause of ailments other than eradicating symptoms which is what other modern forms of treatment usually do which practically just postpones the disease. In relation to this, the relationship between symptoms and ailment is compared to that of smoke and fire.

When it comes to building a strong immune system, food plays a crucial role as it is through which one can get the supplements that are required to strengthen their system. For one, one has to know the right foods which are basically just fruits and vegetables, and having a balance on protein and carbohydrate intake as they are known to be the contributing factors to most of the lifestyle diseases in this modern age.

Most physicians recommend going natural which is by avoiding artificial foods that are stuffed with chemicals in form of creams, preservatives, spices and flavors. Instead, one should adopt a healthier eating habit as these supplements only prevents organs such as the liver, lungs and kidney from functioning as they should by stuffing them with these chemicals.

One has to look at the bigger picture here and decide to go the healthy way; this obviously is by following a diet and having a routine that enhances their healthy living such as exercising. Basically, what this treatment does is avoid using medications that have side effect and instead use natural means to attain the same results but without the side effects.

Prevention is better than cure and therefore by enhancing the immune system, one gets to strengthen their body to fight of illnesses and consequently preventing their infestation. Its all about balance and finding one that agrees with ones body metabolism so as to ensure normal functioning.
